The story of Zuzana, a driven woman,
who went from a cleaner to a successful entrepreneur coaching thousands
fulfil their lives

MEET ZUZANA

Upon finishing school in Slovakia, I went to England in 2006 to learn English and gain life experience. I was afraid facing the unknown, but I wanted to achieve more in life.

So I set my mind for new path in life with one suitcase and money to cover just about 2 months to „explore“ the world.

I got my high school graduation exam from English and I thought I knew the basics, but reality did hit hard.

I understood almost nothing and started as a cleaner in a call center, literally (or not!), cleaning  toilets.

Then I got a job in a warehouse and a year after I was working in catering, having started as a waitress and worked my way  up to management.

There and then, I met my husband. We had big dreams and plans....

Yes, I did like working in gastronomy as I have always enjoyed working with people. Frequently, I used to spent 15 hours a day working, holiday or weekend..... well yes, for same salary and with rather limited options to progress my career and I recognition was nowhere in sight.

Quite the contrary, I was receiving negative feedback for what I have not delivered. On top of that, burnout has taken its toll and I was facing health issues and that prompted me to question myself-is this the lifestyle I want to pursue?

Put in a simple and pragmatic way, me and my husband needed money. We have just started building a house and our salaries were always shorter than the end of the month bills and we did not want to be liveing off credits cards and loans. Keen to to start a family,  yet unable to imagine how could I balance family and work, as we simply could not afford to live on one income only. Thinking about how difficult it is to get a job upon return from maternity leave, worrying about taking care of kids when they get sick or how to organize work  during the school  holidays added to frustration.

And on the top of that, we wanted to return to home country, concerned whether or not we`ll be able to find a decent job, take care of our family and live a normal life as opposed to just surviving from paycheck to paycheck. At that particular point of time, the sole idea of having children was just a no go for me. While working in a restaurant,  I began to look for other ways to secure an extra income and route my career towards different direction. But it wasn't that easy - I either didn't have enough experience  or relevant education.... not to mention experiencing discrimination as a foreigner in UK as my English did not seem to be „good enough“

I was facing all these challenges, particularly touching my confidence due to health issues visible at a glance - agressive acne all over my face I struggled to cure, which logically led to loss of confidence and self love. I was convinced I can`t achieve more, because my face was covered with rash and tiny scares no make-up could cover.

In 2011, I came across a great opportunity that gave me hope I could start being professionally active in parallel with my primary job, area that will allow me to move up in my career even though I  had no experience in this field. But here, no one cared about my appearance, my level of my English, school degree or whether or not I have kids.

Suddenly, I saw the possibility of gaining control over my life, live healthier, have worklife balance, have time for myself. I saw option to earn sufficient income to finish the house,

,start a family, return home, have more family time, since until then my husband has been pulling crazy working hours 6 to 7 days a week.

Despite fear, doubt whether I would be able to do it at all or not, do I even have what it takes, I had nothing to loose. If I wanted a different life, I had to change something first and start doing things differently. And indeed, first challenges were about to come. Back then, I have been living in England for only 4 years only,my local contacts were limited  and  quite a few have been living outside UK. That's when I realized the only way

to build and scale business is the power of social networks, where my experience non existing. Over time, I gradually started helping other women in multiple countries to start their own business. Later, my husband joined me on this journey, seeing me happy, with my health improving and as well, he noticed earnings. I  had extra income on top of primary job and could work from anywhere.

In 2013, our first daughter was born. That's when I told myself that I would never go back to having a "classic" job. As a mother, I wanted to give to my family everything, walk away from needing to argue with my boss over vacation planning and worrying about what to do when my little one gets sick and how much will I get paid. Another question on the horizon- what would my husband do if we moved back to home country, and therefore, we kept working our way up to secure better income and that allowed us to spend more family time together, contrary to having 1-2 hours each evening as it used to be before.

2015 was significant because it was one of the most successful and at the same time most difficult year. It was year that marked our first major success, our second daughter was born, we moved from England to our dream house in Hungary and my husband has officially joined our business full-time, making our dream come true. At last, we had more time for each other and started to live as a family.

Our team grew and today, I am helping women in more than 20 countries to live better, build financial stability and extra income alongside other work and family obligations. Each one of them is professionally active in different area, each one of them faces different challenges pursues different goals.

Today, my team consists of women in health sector, production, gastronomy,

education, accounting – and yes, including single mothers. Here, success is measured by number of people I help and that is why my work fulfills me entirely. For me, it's more of a lifestyle style than a job. You never know whom you`ll meet and whose life I can help to change.

The best thing? I am my own boss. I manage my work time as well sa family time and that is what matters the most. With concept of working from anywhere, we created effective online training module that enables thousands of people in more than 20 countries to live better, change their lives even if they have never worked in particular industry before and have no previous experience. We travelled the world, got invited as guest speakers and led sessions aimed at building successful business leveraging social networks from anywhere (Croatia, Dubai, Israel, New York, Germany, Serbia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Austria, UK, etc.)

Facing pandemic in 2020, I realized how grateful I am that nine years back, that I decided to build something of my own under the umbrella of a stable multmillion company. Not only was it an opportunity to provide for my family, but also to overcome various challenges and ultimately challenge myself. I am an ambitious woman, wanting only that best for my family and 2021 represented a new challenge for us. To secure our new life and give better opportunities to our kids, that was the goal. This time, it was incomparable to previous reallocation. Thanks to experience, financial security and well running business, at the end of 2021,we moved to Spain. Our kids go to private school and we can give them better starting point for their future, spend quality time together as my dream has always been to travel and live by the sea.

My goal is to help as many women as possible change their lives ,to believe in themselves, to realize all things they can achieve in life.

If I made it, with zero experience and practice, anyone who is ready to change „ as is now“ can accomplish the same.
